These terms cover your use of the WalkTen app and walkten.app, made by 32010 Technologies. By using WalkTen, you agree to them. They're short on purpose.
The app license
Your use of the WalkTen app is also governed by Apple's Standard License Agreement. If anything here conflicts with it, Apple's agreement wins for the app itself.
Subscriptions and purchases
The dinner walk is free. The full coach is available as an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, bought through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Not medical advice
WalkTen is a habit coach. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Talk with your doctor before changing your activity, especially if you have a health condition. Walk somewhere safe, watch where you're going, and stop if something hurts.
Fair use
Don't reverse engineer the app, misuse it, or use it to break the law. We may update WalkTen or these terms over time. If the terms change, we'll update the date at the top.
Limits
WalkTen is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, 32010 Technologies isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for WalkTen in the past 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of Arkansas.
